REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Digital Products (guides, PDFs, templates, downloads, courses, etc.)

  • All sales are final.

  • Because products are delivered immediately, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Group Coaching Programs

  • Once the program begins, no refunds.

  • Clients who withdraw before the program begins may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future program at our discretion.

1:1 Coaching Sessions / Game Plan Consultations

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows forfeit the session.

Memberships

  • Members can cancel future renewals at any time, but no refunds for the current billing period.
